HumanAuthn is a cutting-edge biometric-bound ephemeral key regenerator solution that uses real-time face recognition and liveness detection to securely authenticate users. It ensures fast, accurate, and secure identification without storing sensitive data.
In addition to be an authentication technology, HumanAuthn is an encryption primitive powered by elliptic curve cryptography, which encrypts the private keys and stores it in a QR code we call ZELF ID. This ZELF ID is store on the blockchain and can only be decrypted by the user, the data subject.
HumanAuthn is not device dependent, has zero-knowledge at the system level, implements an ephemeral key algorithm and the entire system ensures no biometric or facial templates stored.
HumanAuthn is a zero biometric template, real-time face recognition, with local or on-premise processing, minimizing risks associated with centralized biometric databases, template breaches, replay attacks, and large-scale identity compromise. Additionally, by not storing biometric traces, it complies with GDPR, ISO 27001, and 30107.
Yes, HumanAuthn works offline. The user can encrypt and decrypt as many ZELF IDS as he wishes, on the local device, completely offline. This prevents data leakage or MITM attacks.
